I dont know too much about cameras, I just like taking pictures out with friends and getting them on the computer...they both have 7.1 megapixels but they are different models I guess, and they are both on sale but I just wanted to know what make the C743 better then the C703??

The 703 has been discontinued at most retailers. You can get the 743 for under $150.
