If he doesnt want head he is definitely not attracted to u physically or theres something weird about his sexual preferences.Check his behaviour with his male friends,his body language etc.But DO NOT force him or seem over eager to have sex,im a man and i know its not very erotic when the girl comes on strong.Continue as friends and wait for him to make the first move next time.Best of luck!

This reminds me of a situation a good friend of mine went through. He's using you! He may have been a friend, but now I would even question that. However, there are some friends who can do stuff like that, no strings attached. Listen to your heart and be careful.
