I know exactly where is Turkey. This is a country which is somewhere between Russians and Americans, same time trying to be a part of Europe, but going surprised, when they are criticized for a growing regressive Islamic influence in the politics and lifestyle of their people. Turkey is the country, which is unpredictable at all. But honestly, Istanbul is something special - one of the most beautiful cities in the world, I have seen in my life.

Maybe he is pointing at the "direction" the country is headed to?
Well, if you'd considered the past time and the present time and noticed the HUGE difference, that option ain't impossible to be true.
And if that IS the case, yeah, I strongly agree with him. Can't ya fellow citizens or you foreign observers see Turkey is up to no good nowadays?!

Perhaps Hakan is trying to ask if people who view Answers know where his country is located on the world map(many people actually don't). If so, he might have asked, "Do you know where the country of Turkey is.?" Give him a break on his Englisha and spelling. He will learn with practice.

it is the only place in the world that is two continents in one part europe part asia.its 3.55 mins flight from the uk and if you visit google earth youll see it on a map,But as your turkish i guess youd know that anyway so why ask?ofcorse give us people our chance to gain points!
