& what influences your tip amount the most?

I expect him to be courteous not a smart@ss. If he is prompt and nice he gets a good tip.

I don't care what he/she say's when he arrives at my door as long as he/she's not a total dick.
I tip $3. Unless they forget my ranch, then I tip $2.
I don't expect someone out driving around in the elements delivering pizza to brighten my day with their smile, I just want my food.

usually i like to hear a hello when i answer the door.. my favorite though is the guy who regularly delivers to us the conversation goes like this
guy: hi
me: hi
guy: pizzas hot and fresh and ur total is $$
me: thanks so much (hands him the cash)
i like a delivery guy who is friendly and smiles
i usually try to tip $3 if i have more i will tip 10% to 15% depends though my total usually runs around $15 with the pizza guy so i usually just hand him a $20 and let him keep the change

For me the more cheerful (and quick)the Pizza guy or girl is encourages me to tip better

i expect to hear a knock and then a " PIZZA DELIVERY "
if he/she wants a nice tip, they have to be kind and not rude, and take there time when handing me the pizza....and if he/she could make me laugh then i would give him/her an even bigger tip...because i love to hear funny things!! but if he/she didnt make me laugh i would still give him/her a nice tip for being gentle and kind!!!!

the price of my order and will i be needing change, and thanks, have a good night. the only thing that influences me to tip is whether my food is delivered HOT and on time. it also makes a good tip when the delivery guy is courteous too.
