cut back on calories. normal calories for a woman is 1800 daily. u need to cut back to 1300-1500 or less, but dont go below 1000. also if u cant leave to exercise then buy some dvds or vhs tapes and do them at home. while she is down for nap or occupied somewhere else. ive seen some cheap ones at walmart or dollar stores if u cant afford the more expensive ones.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Limit your calorie intake to 1500 per day. Eat several snack sized portions through the day (4 or 5) times. Remember to count the calories. Also drink plenty of water. If you stick with it you will lose weight without having to exercise.
Good luck!!!

There is no easy way to say this: you are gaining weight because you are eating too many calories. Too much for you and your lifestyle. Cut back, endure the hunger that is inevitable, get used to a lower calorie intake. Count all the calories that pass your lips. Don't cut back too hard, start by cutting back 20-30%, and see if you are losing weight or still gaining, over a period of 2 weeks. Adjust accordingly.

Eat less and eat healthy. Low fat, low GI carbs and high protein. No processed foods (potato chips, pretzels), no pop or other sugary products, no fast food and most of all NO ALCOHOL! Alcohol is a huge contributing factor to obesity. The calories provide absolutely no nutritional benefit.

Eat right and count calories. If necessary, find a nutritionist. People work out all the time and never lose weight. This is why. They eat horribly. Eating right is more important than working out. But you should try and at least walk. Metabolism slows for many reasons and bearing a child, age and lack of physical activity all contribute to this.

Don't watch TV. Most people that are over weight sit around. Keep yourself busy. Also, buy a aerobic workout video. TV on only for exercise. Do exercise before breakfast and again before dinner. The pounds will melt away.

Bring your daughter to the park and chase her around for 1/2 hour. You'll get exercise, she'll get tired out, and you'll spend quality time together. Keep lots of fresh fruits, veggies and lean meats (i.e. chicken breast) around to eat. It's great for you and will help your daughter to develop healthy eating habits. Avoid processed foods and snacks. Although it might be really easy to grab a cereal bar when your busy and hungry, a banana is just as easy and much healthier.

Eat healthy...consume 1200-1500 calories per day and run/job for about 20-30 minutes in the morning and do weights 3 times a week in the morning (this burns your fat!!).

And you will lose about 10 lbs per month!!

I lost 30lbs without any exercising. I know for a fact cutting back on the amount of food you eat is more effective than exercising. Stop eating so much...especially at night.
