Based on how little things have changed in the last 50 years, I would have to say, pretty much the way it is today, only more so.

As far as climate is concerned, i can say that with all the pollution that we are causing, this is having really great negative impacts on the climate. Thus, i believe that by 2030, it would have become much worse than it is today.
Technology... Pretty logical that there will be great advancements.
And for human kind, i would tend to say that everything would remain the same. There will still be love, peace, hatred, jealousy - this is the normal cycle of life. Nevertheless, we might notice a rise in violence...
