Well the quick answer may be that "you can't". But I'll offer you some tips to help. You lose weight by doing one of two things or a combination of them both.
1) Reducing your calorie intake
2) Increasing your calorie use

So to give you the quickest answer, if you can't control your eating habits... Greatly increase your exercise habits to make up for it.

The danger is this: If you truly have as you say "no will power" then increased exercise may urge your body to eat more. This will negate all that hard work. And even worse, it could set you up for some huge gains if you stop your exercise program. The best thing for you to do is to really make a commitment to yourself and your future, and make a true lifestyle change - Exercising more, eating better, and eating less.

I know it's hard, but you can do it and it will be worth your time and effort!! Good luck!

You can't. Discipline and will power are needed. If you cannot achieve this and you cannot hire someone to babysit your every move 24/7, then you will not achieve your goal. It's that simple.

If you pick a diet that has build in appetite suppression like Kimkins, then yes.

Otherwise, you'll have to find a diet that allows you to eat as much as you like, and that doesn't exist.
