When I take vitamin B supplements my urine is neon yellow no matter how much water I drink. Its healthy under those circumstances but if you haven't been taking any new medications, vitamins, food, etc. you should probably see a doctor.

a severe UTI, your on a powerful anit-biotic, or your taking a large dose of vitamin C and vitamin B complex. Any of these will do it. But to be sure, go the doctors and get a urine and blood test to check all levels. He should do a Chem 12 test on blood and a spectrum analysis on your urine.

Maybe check out what your eating. I know that certain foods will effect the color, consistency, and even odor of urine. If your feeling any pressure in your bladder or burning while urinating you may have an infection.

Have you added any new supplements? Diet pills? some of the dexatrim diet aids cause urine discoloration.

Are you taking any vitamins? Some multivitamins will do this. You have noting to worry about but if you don't take vitamins then I would go see a doctor. Could be a problem...

Do you take a lot of vitamins? They can affect urine color.

Do you take any meds? Same.

Is it always this color? You may be dehydrated. Thirst is a poor indicator of dehydration. Urine color is, should be the color of lemonade.
