Im trying to loose wieght without a diet. I would like to know what types of food I should eat that will keep me full and keep me energized? Im really looking for a healthier appetite without a pricey grocery list. Any suggestions?

basically it doesn't matter. You only have to separate different groups of food.
morning till noon eat fruits, toast or cereals etc... in the afternoon your meals should include meat and vegetable, no side dishes. By vegetable I mean lettuce, tomatoes,... carrots or whatever you prefer, but it's better if it's fresh. If you want to eat potatoes, rice, pasta,..., than eat it without meat-only with green salad for ex.
If you like sweets, try to make yourself a fruit salad instead and if you have an option use fresh fruits.

Trying to do so it can become your habit.

...And drink a lot of ordinary watter between meals not while feeding - sometimes we feel hungry only because we're dehydrated. A man should drink around 1,5 -2 l per day.

For example. drink an ordinary water before eating (if your stomach is empty the watter goes through in ca 10 minutes) never meanwhile or after you ate .

So no matter what you eat (excluding junk food or sweets in majority) it's important how you eat it and in what combination...


1. drink watter before eating
2. meat+lettuce without side dishes / or only side dishes + vegetables
3. morning vs. afternoon
4. eat more times but very small portions

Try to do so for a month ...

dont eat any carbs, eat protein, ie chicken, just dont eat any carbs, avoid sodas, junk foods, definiltey fast foods....just eat healthy, you should be fine
