Strength training can speed up your metabolism and change the shape of your body. People often neglect it in their exercise programs.

Dancing and jumping jacks will be good exercises. You may want to try walking as well. Try to substitute water for soda and you should lose weight. TRy to exercise for at least 30-60 minutes a day. good luck!

Have you tried weight watchers? You get activity points for exercise. That you can use or not. You can do it at home or online or go to a meeting. I lost 50 lbs. My legs seemed to look better when I ran.

get ur metabolism up, and keep it up, for a while. But if u go home after workout and eat some huge steak dinner with chilicheese fries, then ur not gonna lose weight. Eat a big breakfast and a small dinner.
