There is this guy that is really hot but I am not sure if he likes me in my head everything is o.k. ,and he likes me too. But in reality my friends say that he doesn't. Give me some tips on how to tell that a guy doesn't like you.

Does he talk to you? Does he smile back? Do you know if he's shy? There are a lot of things that factor into it. To tell a guy if he doesn't like you... well.... look more into what he does with you? Is he shy? nervous? can't speak up? Does he make eye contact then shyly looks away?
Your girl friends are probably in the competition and giving you advice that he isn't into you. How would you know?
I suggest you go up to him and ask. Be direct... be forward and let him know clearly what you're feeling. Take risks.... but also think about the consequences. You will also have to deal with the negatives and positives. So be ready for that.

Ask him if he owned a horse, would he dress it up in big sunglasses and a giant hat and volunteer to take it to local fundraising events and let kids get their pictures taken with it. And charge a $1, with all proceeds going to that good cause.
If he doesnt give you a response or even chuckle at the statement, he is a loser.

A guy probably doesn't like you if...
-he never calls you
-when you ask him to hang out with you, he doesn't take you up on the offer
-he doesn't initiate conversations with you, make an effort to talk to you, etc.
-he talks to you about other girls
-he doesn't usually make eye contact with you, smile at you, or flirt with you in other ways
Also, if your friends say that he doesn't seem to like you, they may have a point...they often have a more realistic perspective on the situation.

You do everything in your power to get his attention: remembering something unique about him, daily compliments, phone calls, chatting online, making jokes, going out of your way for him (and mentioning it as well)..... if he doesn't nudge even a little bit, I would say he isn't interested.
Think of it as fishing: you are using 20 different types of lure (?) and the fish isn't taking the bait. Not interested.

You need some help from a friend for this. Wear something skimpy (short skirt) and pass by him. Stop, bend over, pick something up (whatever). Have your friend keep an eye on him and look for a reaction, see if he gets an "O" face.

Does he pay attention to you? That is probably the most obvious. If you are doing all of the work then he most likely doesn't like you.

be straight up with him and tell him how you feel, you gotta learn sometime to do that, otherwise the real world will eat you alive...talk to him, ask him if he feels the same way you do

well, he never looks at you, or talks to you. he doesnt want to sit next to you. he totally avoids you every chance he gets. i mean, how can you NOT tell if he doesnt like you?
