He is allowed to practice his sexual nature with his wife, to whom he has made a commitment for life. God has never said not to be a sexual being, just to keep it holy, within the sacred bond of marriage.

He can go to heaven if he only practices his sexual nature with his wife, and he has become a Christian.

Sex is not an offense or sin .it has nothing to do with religion . It has everything to do with culture .sex is meant for procreation and no for daily practice as a routine .as it spoils health and brings misery when practiced in excess . Excess in anything is destructive . Spiritual life is difficult if one is interested in sex .that is if one is keen on sex and is always thinking of sex , he will not e able o focus his mind on anything . Too much interest in sex will lead to greed and possessiveness and anger and and will lead to all sorts of consequences that would destroy the image of the individual . The result of indiscriminate sex produces off springs with all sorts of undesirable character and mentality and behavior . the very reason for specifying auspicious time for union among the Hindu couples is meant to produce children with Great potential , wisdom and character . it is the indiscriminate and untimely sex that has lead to the creation of criminals and unwise and characterless children .So practice sex with sensibility in accordance the teachings of the Sashtrays . It is not opposed to spirituality.

1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
To follow through on sexual pleasures that are taking place out of wedlock which goes against the word of God, is failure to take responsibility for the way you act phsyically. You are not applying discipline into your life if you are freely acting out sexually and are not married to that person.
You know this goes against the word of God. God has never made that a secret. To have out of marriage sex is to fornicate.
Acts 15:29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
1 Corinthians 7:2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband
Galatians 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh
Life is not about what you want for yourself in this world, but what God wants for you and from you.

Somewhere along the way you've been misinformed or made a bad assumption. The Bible is full of sex. When you're married, it's encouraged.

Become a pagan...we'll show you how to do it right. Sexuality is one of the most spiritaul aspects of a human. It is a gift...not something to be scorned or avoided.

Who said he wasn't allowed? Depends on what exactly the behavior is.

He's not? That's news to me. I think some of what's important is the respect he gives himself, his body, and his partner.
