I know you have to shed the layer of fat (which I think Im okay at) so how do you loose the fat?

How long would it take to get abs when you have an already semi flat stomach?

is 150 crunches a day enough? Or do I need to do more? (I do 50 straight, 50 left, and 50 right)
can anyone give me any abs workouts, or even better, routines, sports, and anything that can make working out your abs fun.

I know i asked for alot, sorry, but I thank you all for your answers!
Thank you.

hey well if u are anything like me, its not the number that does it. some people do 500-1000 crunches a day to no avail. for me the key is always changing it up. do floor crunches, then try the exercise ball for crunches, then do leg lifts while lying on the floor, then obliques, etc.. also, its sort of false that you can just get a nice 6 pack. unfortunately, to lose weight in that area (and have your 6 pack show), would mean that you have to lose a little weight everywhere. its a falsehood that you can improve ONLY one area of your body. so overall, u would need to lose pounds everywhere be4 you see your abs. how much i don't know bc i don't know what you weight, or what your frame is like. ps-know one really knows this either-EVERYONE has amazing abs, its just whats in the way that is the real problem..

Everyone has abs you just can't see them because they are hiding behind some fat

If you don't have the genes for the classic "abs", you can do 10,000 reps of anything and never get them. Most people don't have those genes.
