No he's not. Felipe Calderon is the new president of Mexico. Don't just hate the illegals, hate corporate America who keeps hiring them and not hiring us.

With the final decision of the Electoral Court on 5 September, Mexico has a newly elected president. Felipe Calderón Hinojosa, candidate of the ruling conservative party, Partido Acción Nacional (PAN), is to take office on 1 December 2006.
The verdict of the Electoral Court, which is definitive and cannot be appealed, rejected the demands from centre left party, Partido de la Revolución Democrática (PRD), led by Andrés Manuel López Obrador, to recount all ballots or annul the election results.
The Electoral Court only found justification to recount the ballots of 11,839 polling booths (9% of the total) even though all of them were contested by the PRD. No elements of alleged fraud were uncovered in the recount and the final result barely changed - from 0.58% to 0.56% - the thin advantage obtained by Felipe Calderón over López Obrador in the original vote count.
Nevertheless, López Obrador called for a movement of peaceful civil resistance, vowed not to let Calderón take office, and summoned his followers to participate in a Democratic National Convention on 16 September (Mexico’s national holiday) which declared him the ’legitimate president’.

No. Vincente Fox is now the past president and his successor has been successfully sworn in. It will be interesting to see how things go in the next few years, as the majority is so slim that almost every motion in the House is going to be challenged.

No, he was replaced recently, but a big fist fight broke out in the Mexican senate during the swearing in of the new President. They are fighting over who won the last election, as the losing side is claiming fraud. I think we should keep an eye on our friends to the south.
