They need to be coddled and handled with kid gloves. They can't be told that they are wrong. They want special treatment. They say your faith is wrong no matter what it is or how much older it is. They say that they are picked on. They believe that anything that is not from them is evil. They want to have their faith put into and onto everything. They say they are tolerant, but have no understanding of what that really means. They will not allow others to have their beliefs. They will not give them same respect to other religions that they demand for themselves. They constantly start conflicts from small to grand scale. They hold themselves higher than others. They want the destruction of others and the planet.

What you've described is an anti-social pathology common to some extreme fundamentalists in just about any religious or ideological camp. It has been true of Muslim, Hindu, Christian, and secular communist fanatics.... but it certainly is not religion-specific.

From an historical perspective of the Native Americans and Blacks it is the Protestant Christians from Britain who came to these shores. (USA)

From West European perspective it is the Moors in the old days
and the Arab Muslims today.

For people of India, it is the Turks, Arabs, Persian and Afghan Muslim invaders.

From Irish, Welsh, and Scotsmen (majority Catholic), it is the Anglo-Saxon predators from England
