Talk to your landlord and find solution with them. They might have received same complaints from other tenants too.
And if he still shows up for next time, try to avoid having conversation with him. And cover your art works when it is scheduled for him to come in and fix.
I am an art student and I live in apartment too. I have all my works all over the apartment and I try to avoid those ramdom people as much as possible. I call my brother or my male friends to fix something (if it's not a big job) instead of calling them up every single time some little thing comes up.
Just because I don't want stranger to look at my stuff.
Good luck^^

I'd say "I really need to get going now. See you later" and hope he gets the hint. Don't listen to him (it sounds like he wants an audience). If it keeps up or really starts to creep you out, tell your apt. manager. Maybe other people are having the same problem with this guy.

Have you tried calling the company to switch bug man to bug lady? It's worth a try.

Either tell the man that he needs to hurry up and get out or report him to the landlord or building manager

Be greatful you have a bug guy. Remember to tip him for Christmas. It is a free country. You have the right to close your door. He has the right to try to talk to you.
Merry Christmas

Be honest tell him he is a creep and that you want him to leave you alone. If he still doesn't leave you alone file a formal complaint against him with the company he works for or the BBB.

Can you arrange to not be there? Or, if you're not comfortable with that, are there any boyfriends/brothers/best friend's brothers or something who could be around? Ugh - sorry, that doesn't sound like fun.
