yes, a straghtened hanger with its end bent into a "J" shape will do. Insert the hanger between the glass and the rubber parallel to your door locks, push down at least to the middle then turn the hanger ends so as to catch the lock mechanism then pull straight upwards. If the locks wont open, try again, maybe you did'nt catch the lock mechanism....

No, the relays for the door locks are under the dash. You can open it with a piece of rod, such as a hanger bent in a J shape.

I locked my Mazda 1999 and had to break a little triangular window in a rear door. Replacement cost me $22 or so.

take copy of registration to dealer they need the vin number for the key code and proof that you own the car and they will make another key for you. cheaper than lock smith and replacing windows.
