I could be that you suffer from sleep apnea or another sleeping disorder that prevents you from having a deep refreshing sleep and so you dont rest and end up waking tired. This will give you headaches during the day and you will constantly feel tired.
perhaps you need to check that out first and also you may be aneamic or have low blood sugar.
Chronic fatigue syndorme could be one of the reasons too.
you really need to see a doctor asap

Most likely your not an early bird, you need to sleep in late so go to bed early. If your work schedule prohibits you from doing that, just go to bed 30 minutes earlier every night until you have more energy. Also it may just be mental, try (even though you feel tired) to go out and do some things and 15 minutes into it your mind will wake up and notice your having fun not being tired... Kinda hard to explain that last one but I am always tired too but I just do it and im energetic.

Sounds like you may need to see your doctor. Low energy can be caused by any number of ailments. If you get enough sleep, eat well and exercise regularly and still have low energy, definitely see a doctor.

It does sound like Mono, are you having any symptoms other than this one? Maybe it could be the start of the flu. Fatigue can be caused by many medical illnesses, I'd recommend seeing your doctor for a diagnosis.

Are you having other symptoms like brittle hair and nails, voice changes, weight gain, or cold intolerance? If you are this could be hypothyroidism. It may even be depression or seasonal affective dissorder. If it is bothering you go see a doctor.

You probably just have a cold. Sometimes when people are sick, they tend to get lathargic. Especially if you have been in bed for a long time, your body doesn't want to get up. Just start drinking Herba Tussin Tea!!!
