I am maintaining like a 94 average in school and I can exersise like 3 hours a day without being tired and I am one of the quickest sprinters and I have ran up to 47 minutes straight. I also think I have the leadership and spiritual standings to do it. Any suggestions.

I have done some research on West Point. My son is thinking of going there when he graduates from H.S. First off do you participate in any sports other than weight training or running? Have you been a Class president, involved in Debate, Math Club, Science club or any other academic clubs? These are the things they are looking at when you apply to Military academies. They are also looking at your leadership skills, ie, class president, class valedictorian, Editor of the yearbook, school paper etc. I'm not sure if you are talking about one of the major military academies, like West Point, The Naval academy or the AF academy? Or if you are talking about Virginia Military, or the Citadel. Both of those are very distingished also. I believe you have to have a letter from a Congressman from your state to recommend you attend one of the service academies.
Best of Luck!

you really shouldn't have any problem getting in. Even if you have experimented with drugs or have some minor altercations with the police, with your grades you should be able to. They really don't look at the physical aspect until you are in. (unless it is obvious that you would have a hard time with it). My suggestion would be to talk to your guidance counselor.

Now all you need is the appointment from a congressman. Get in contact with them! See if you have any connections to help.

If you don't go to real academy you can go somewhere like VMI or Texas A&M with all the other rejects.
