I went to control Panel I clicked in add and remove link.
It opened but the links I want to remove does not have the button to remove, or just freeze my PC. I will really appreacite your help. 10nx. Osmi05

You can delete the whole program by doing the following, go to My Computer and then to Drive C: (not the cd drive), go to program files. scroll down and find the program's file. Open it. If there is no icon there called uninstall then you can just delete the file in program files. Then you go to start and delete all your shortcuts to it and it will be gone. That is, unless it is something like Symantec, that thing is nearly impossible to get rid of.

If the file has a website you can try to download an uninstaller from the website. Also, you can try to remove it manually. Look for the program under C:\Program Files. God Bless.

go to program file and delete the folder containing that program
