Are there any groups at Yahoo for Motherless Daughters or People who have lost a loved one to violent crime?

Meetup.com has motherless daughters support groups. They might have one that meets locally in your area.

Best of luck to you.

I found some information, I just went to yahoo search and typed motherless daughters... I'm sorry I'm not a lot of help. My mother passed away 1yr. ago... when I looked at those sites it was still early and I just wasn't ready to talk. But If I remember correctly, they have groups to go in for any age, different situations (like cancer, ect.) Also there is a book or books, you can buy by that name. Mabe I will check into it again now that you have me thinking. It's tough especially at Christmas. You take care, just wanted you to know you're not alone.

look in the health or wellness section-
Hope this helps! I lost my mom to breast cancer in March so this is my 1st Christmas without her, it is hard. Blessings to you-B

Awww...you poor thing! I know how you feel because my dad died of lung cancer, but still, mothers are important too....omg...i never imagined something that awful could happen to a kid....well, I don't know about Yahoo, but try some other sites. Or you can write in a journal or go exercise or do something you love, you know? This helps a lot!
