cardio should be done on a different day than your regular w/o. If you are lifting weights you don't want to tire out and then lift and if you are lifting properly you will be too tired to do cardio. my routine is this:

Monday - back & abs
Tuesday - chest & shoulders
Wednesday - cardio
Thursday - legs, calves
Friday - arms
Saturday - off
Sunday - cardio

your body need time to heal after everything you do. doing both on the same day will cause more harm than good.

If your goal is weight loss I would do cardio before the weights. If your goal is to gain muscle I would do cardio after the weights. You may not be able to lift as much weight or do as many reps after an intense cardio session.

Depends on your goal, but if you have to pick do cardio after the weights. And on leg day dont even worry about cardio, cause if you trained your legs right,it will be all you can do to walk out of the gym.

you might want to do it before and after (dont kill me). i think to have your heart pumping good before you lift anything is a very good thing so cardio before is defintely smart. afterwards, its more of a cooldown thing. finish up sorta faster-paced, then slowly trail off, going slower and slower..
