I have no problems with anyone of any nationality succeeding in this country, or any country. Just as long as they are here succeeding legally. So, unless you are trying to stir up trouble I don't understand why this is in immigration. Shouldn't it be under sociology, education, careers or some other category?

I wouldn't atribute that to any rise in intelligence. It's more like an increase in opporttunity and an increase in the population of hispanics and other minorities.
When an effort is made to provide more quality education for those who have been traditionally marginalized, those individuals will naturally seek career paths suited to their education. This has proven true whether the targeted population is hispanic, black, Asian or even white children from imporverished communities.
Thoughtfull people have long been trying to tell the poititians holding the purse strings that education is the key to solving a huge host of problems, from poverty, crime, environment, overpopulation and many more. The problem is that those polititians don't tend to come from backgrounds where quality education is provided as a normal path.

I say that only because I have seen your position on illegals and assumed you either were one or were born of one. Do you know you will be ethics bound not to further commission of a crime, once sworn in?
As to intelligence, I don't know why you assume we think Hispanics aren't intelligent. Intelligence has nothing to do with the issues of illegal immigration, although giving University seats to children who shouldn't be here above our own children does go to that point.

You say you are becoming a lawyer, you mentioned Intelligence?
Do you have a Passport? If so, are the words Mexican-American printed on it? In the United States of America, there is only one Passport issued to American Citizens! The title is
AMERICAN PASSPORT, you will not find the words, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, African, German, Mexican - only the word AMERICAN!
If you have an issue with that, you should go back to MEXICO.
Either you are an AMERICA CITIZEN, or you should not be here.
Where you came from is your business, but if you chose to go to another country instead of living in your own country, the question becomes, why would you leave your own home land with all of its wonders and proud heritage to come to another and ask for its citizenship?
I feel sorry for any AMERICAN that would hire you for their lawyer, because they would not have an AMERICAN lawyer, they would have a Mexican, imitating American values and that makes for a very week case.
I wonder if in Mex co that government gives American-Mexico Passports or other documentation? I wonder if that government provides English translation on all their government sites and documentation!

No no no. You're not smart or intelligent by going to school. If you're smart, youll be smart at whatever you do. A lot of Hispanics are very bright but they're not educated. You could be dumb and still go to school. That would make an EDUCATED dumb person. So I guess the question should be: What's your opinion on the latest rise in Educated Hispanics within America?!

it is very demanding. no longer too outstanding although, as I knew there had to be a plan at the back of all this insanity. i'm sorry that some human beings have been so brainwashed into feeling like sufferers that they are in a position to't see the actuality in this. the only way the illegals could desire to appreciate is that if this began to take place to their domicile international places. nevertheless i do no longer think of maximum of them could make the relationship between it taking place to them and to us, as they think of we deserve it. Well with ESL (English as a second language to spanish oops I mean to any other language) and having the privilege of having most things translated into spanish and the educational system here what do you expect? I hope your "perusing" (he he) of a law degree goes well, all we need is another lawyer here in this country.
