See even im the kind of person who loves to show off and all. but he is not that type. We are still very young. Not yet finished studying college. he feels if by telling lots of people the information gets leaked out then our families may prevent us from seeing each othr or talkin ever again!...He is perfectly fine with me in front of evryone else. In fact he cares a damn what people think about us. He talks to me very well in front of evryone. Only problem is he maintains as if im his best friend. He denies it when his friends ask him whats going on. if i ask the reason he says its for our good. So what do you all say? Not tat mean a guy right???

I know that at ur age it wud not have been that fun in hiding the relationship then toi let all know abt ur boyfriend.Butt In think the guy is mature enough to understand that its not gonna b good for u if something bad happens & things dont work out. According to me , Guys like this are really genuine & pure. U shud be happy that he is unlike others who play around with girls & spread all kinda roomers abt them & then at the end u wud find the same guy doiun the same thing with some other girl.I personally think that u r really lucky & the guy respects u along with loving u & i am sure that u can feel that respect in his speech rather then that casualness with which he talks to others,,Rite ?? I am judging this coz I also am someone like ur guy & this is also one of the reason my only love of life had left me.Blv me girl , he really loves u & m sure even u know that & understand that as well. Its just that its not that common affair like ur other college friends which is forcing u to feel that lack of fun but when a long time down the line u will find this guy standing beside u irrespective of any dam problem, U will come to know what am I trying to tell u, Plzz dnt leave him, he loves u.

It's bad news if he's keeping your relationship a secret. Unless there is some significant reason that your families might keep you apart like religion, race or age or something that you KNOW they would disapprove for whatever reason, why in the world would they keep you from talking??? I think it's an excuse. If he were just keeping it quiet and not broadcasting it to the world, that's one thing - a lot of people like keeping things private. But he is LYING to people. BAD, BAD, BAD news.

someone posted a similar question. You need to find out why he won't let people know about you. Maybe he's got someone else on the side. I'd be really angry if my man wouldn't tell people about me and acted like we were just friends.
