I have this stupid looking half arm, farmers tan thing going on from years and years of wearing t -shirts. Its the only part of my body thats tan and I want to get rid of it. Is there anyway to get a tan to fade .....or are my arms damaged from years and years in the sun?

Get yourself a body exfoliator with salts in it. Sloughing off the dead skin will fade your tan.

Next keep arms protected from UV rays. Use sunblock with a high SPF.

You can use Sally Hansen skin bleaching, see it helps. If anything will bleach your arm hair and make the arm appear lighter. Sounds like you may have sun damage also, apply vitamin E capsules and Cocoa Butter after showering or bathing to soften any roughened skin. Exfoliate the area once a week with a loofah or body scrub.

As well, Get an aloe leaf (fruit/vegetable section) from the supermarket. Apply the aloe gel to the affected areas until you feel relief. As for the complexion you have obtained...It will fade in time

Stay outta the sun!! And try some skin bleaching on the tanned arms to hurry the fading along, it's cheap and should do the trick...you can buy it at any pharmacy.

I have never had jock itch in my life. Then again, the one thing I do that has prevented any problems is that I shave my entire pubic area. Its now a weekly 'ritual' and I would rather have no hair and itch that have hairs that trap bacteria and cause me to itch like heck!! Also, as recommended by another person, wash it with soap and water. IF you want to apply the cremes after shaving, wait a day (so the pores close). IF all else fails, then see a urologist. Hope this helps.

1st and foremost: stay out of the sun! and use a sunscreen when you do go out.

otherwise, try exfoliating with a rough cloth, some stores sell exfoliating scrubbers too, just don't expect results overnight - what you're doing is removing dead skin cells (so it shouldnt hurt). After time your body will shed off the tan
