Diet and exercise. It's so cliche, but that's just how it is.

Fast weight loss doesn't stay off usually. It's recommended that you lose 1-2 pounds per week. Some weeks this may be more, some less, but it should average 1-2 pounds a week.
Try walking for 30-60 minutes a day and drink water instead of soda and you should see results. Fiber can help you to lose weight too, as it gets food out of the body quicker and it makes you feel full faster if taken before a meal.

Start modifying your diet and consume less fats and tone down the carbs. Also, try and stay away from any holiday sweets.
Also, be committed to working out 4-5 times a week with an emphasis on cardio. Try the treadmill, the stationary bike, or any other machine of that sort that strikes your fancy. Weight loss and maintenance can only be achieved by being committed at both the gym and in the diet area as well. Good luck!

How fast do you want to lose the weight?? If you are overweight it is probably safe for you to lose about 5 pounds a week, and you would melt off that 50 pounds in about 2.5 months. I really like Hoodia because it doesn't have any stimulants in it so you don't feel like you're going to jump out of your skin or have a heart attack! haha Hoodia just makes it so that you don't feel very hungry. Also, I would reduce your calories to about 1000 per day if you are obese or 1200 per day if you are overweight. Exercise is always good too because it helps you to lose weight faster and it speeds up your metabolism! Make sure you ask your doctor before you cut all those calories or start an exercise routine; she/he can help you decide what foods are best to eat and how much to exercise. Good luck!

Well you can't loose a lot of weight (50 pds) in a short period of times, you will need times, exercise, diet, and Patience!.... definitely patience.
Here is what i did a year ago...
I watched my diet, no ice cream, high fat desserts, etc. I ate cereal, fruits and veggies, all that good stuff, you know what I'm talking about.
I exercised so much! I did a mile every day, or at least tried to. I went to the gym with my dad. i walked every chance i had (for example, instead of going to my friends house by car, i went walking, and I rode my bike to the gym too)
I hope this can help, this is what helped me. Good Luck!
PS: Watch what you eat this holiday season!!

weight-reduction plan, much less fat, much less mayo and sodas, and so on and so on. attempt and stick to lean meats and culmination/vegetables. understanding is mostly a extensive help. It enables your physique to expend the nutrition which you soak up lots speedier than sitting around the residing house. additionally, however some could disagree, I advise utilising Hydroxycut. that's accessible at any GNC or supplement save and helps you consistently lose extra weight (pending which you stick to a healthful nutrition plan and workout consultation). the two way, the extra paintings you placed into it, the extra you get out of it. My chum dropped sixty two pounds in some weeks utilising this undemanding primary, and has yet to fall ill. Time and paintings my chum, time and paintings. reliable success

You can not lose this kind of weight fast. It will be a longer process, diet and exercise. 3, maximum 4 kgs a month are feasible.

low-carb worked for me...I like South Beach and I started running/ then tae-bo, then weights...one thing to keep in mind, low-carb isn't forever, only at first and you could quickly lose 10-20 lbs, in just 2-4 weeks.
