Look at including more fruit during the day. Try porrige oats for breakfast with some fruit on. Cut out the sugar, use sweeteners. You are eating a lot of salt (Marmite has piles of salt in it!) which could cause fluid retention. Maybe find a replacemnet for the marmite and see how it goes. Cut out the energy drink, its empty calories, you would be much better eating those calories . Cut out the cake and eat fruit. Your dinner seems fine. Vary the carbs you eat...long grain rice, wholemeal pasta or boiled new potatoes. Look at the GI Diet by Rick Gallop. I think the biggest thing you need to change is the amount of exercise. You need to increase that quite a bit. Brisk walking is good, you shouldnt be able to hold a normal conversation while you're walking and you'll be doing it right :). If you want to do gym sessions, build up slowly otherwise you'll be in pain and stop.
Sorry if it sounds like Im preaching here but I am trying to help...honest :D
Good luck;

I dont think you're eating too much at all! ou might want to try varying your diet a bit though. Skipping meals is no good, ever -the weight you lose from that is going to come straight back on...I promise. You probably just hit a weight plateau - it happens to everyone after that initial first weight loss, dont panic.
I would say, drink as much water as possible. Especially instead of 'energy drinks' like Lucozade - they are wasted calories, only beneficial if you are doing strenuous exercise (like a marathon!) and even then..water is still best. Theres probably 200 - 300 cals in those...have fruit instead.

I really think some variation will help. Well done on the 6 kg! Very best of luck to you ;)

I don't think that you are eating to much, but you could try varying your diet slightly for example in the morning why not use a low fat spread on your toast and have marmalade.

Also have sweeteners instead of having sugar in your tea.
Also don't have lucozade have water or even herbal teas
Lunch instead of marmite sandwiches why not have a jacket potato with salad or a cheese and salad sandwich or even pasta

Dinner, something you could have soup, or sometimes stir-fry your veg with tofu or quorn.

If you make these little changes I'm sure you will see a difference
