Actually I think that your detoxing your body. I dont know if this is good or bad, but all the water you are drinking your actually sweating back out at night. So I dont think that you are losing anything except the water your drinking.

1) eating only when you are hungry will not help you lose weight for two reasons...first, you most likely end up eating more when you do eat and second, if you are hungry your body has already started storing fat.
2) eat regularly, small meals, 5 times a day....don't eat for four hours before bed, and make sure you eat within 30 minutes of waking in the morning...this is best for your metabolism
3) this tub thing is dangerous...it can very easily cause a "vagal" response, which causes your heart rate to drop very significantly very quickly!!!!!! You may pass out, and the tub is NOT a good place to have that happen!
4)Having to poop is a result of a sympathetic response...your body is compensating...it has to do with your heart rate increasing to help your body cool itself...blood flow is increased to the GI tract stimulating peristalsis (contraction of muscles) which makes you have to poop.
Please stop this practice...It's dangerous... and you're not building muscle OR burning fat, just losing water weight and fecal matter...

Everything OK except sitting in the bath tub.
Your skin will be affected, your body works to maintain it's temperature, but you won't shed any calories.

nothing productive. you're only losing water weight from sweating as well as the expulsion of fecal matter, if you in fact want to count the excrement as body weight.

it raises your blood pressure. Do you want someone to find you passed out and naked? Eat properly.
