I agree with the previous reponse. Using vasaline and sleeping with gloves has been a good method for softening/moisturizing your hands and feet.

During the day time, I would suggest Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream. I had the same problem until I started using this on a daily basis. Wash your hands thoroughly and immediately apply the lotion.
It's a little expensive but it'd definately worth it!!!

Keep your hands moisturized all the time. Every time you wash your hands, lotion them. Keep a small/travel sized lotion bottle with you as well. Keep one in the car, or in your purse.
Before you go to bed, try using cocoa butter. There's different types of cocoa butter out there....the cream, sticks of cocoa butter, and the lotion. It's mostly going to be a testing phase for you, because you want to find something that will keep your hands soft for a long period of time. Good luck!

I use Aveda hand relief. Put it on every night before you go to bed no gloves needed and it has a pleasant smell. It works for me its available at Aveda hair salons well worth the price. It is important to use it ever night to maintain the soft hands.

Try a scrub. It's usually a gel that has micro-beads in it to exfoliate. That always does the trick. It also works well for feet or all over. Always use a good moisturizer afterwords!!!!

i swear by 100% shea butter. no sustitutes. better at night tho cuz its really greasy. also can do parrafin wax after. its expensive tho. cheapest place i found to buy it is at sheaterraorganics.com. if u cant afford it the next best option is jojoba oil.
