we flirt etc etc but ..... he has a gf, but she is a "pain in he a***" according to him, im leaving my job tomoz, and i wanna leave my number with him but do it so he asks me, what do i do cos i really like him :D

Did you ever think that maybe his girlfriend is a pain in the *** only when he's talking to you. I mean, if she's such a pain, why is he still with her?
If you want to give him your number, just do it, maybe adding that you too can get together for lunch or drinks after work sometime. But don't be surprised if he doesn't call, chances are that he'll move on to flirt with someone else...feeding her the same line about the gf.

I say you just show him signs of the truth. You like him and he likes you based on the fact that he is willing to tell you his girl is a pain in the butt.
Before you go, say it was nice to work with you and had alot of fun with him.Say maybe we can hang out sometime.Ask him if its o-k if you leave him your number.Say well, give me a call one of these weekends.Smile alot and give him a hug bye.
Trust me, he will call you! But, when you do go out just make sure he ditches the pain in the butt before you get to far into this with him.
You have to expect respect for yourself or he may take his time on a choice.

He's not available, he has a girlfriend and badmouths her instead of breaking up. You like him... why? It's possible he tells his girlfriend that there's a girl at work (you) who's always flirting and is a "pain in the a**".
If you think he's the best you can do, leave him your number; he'll probably call and cheat if you're willing.
