No, LDS doctrine states that we believe the Bible to be the Word of God as far as it is translated correctly.
My experience has been that the books of LDS scripture do not contradict the teachings of the Bible. They add to it. I am particularly impressed with the Book of Mormon, which is a very powerful witness of Christ which complements the Bible.
Salvation doesn't come from a book. It comes from Jesus. Can we agree on that?

We believe they are both inspired words of God. Though we do believe there has been some things in the bible, like some important "books" that were lost or left out...also, it has been translated and re-translated so many times, we say "we believe the bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly."
Joseph Smith, through direct revelation and direction of the Lord, gave correct translations -not changes- to a few verses in the bible, in what is called Joseph Smith Translations in the back of the Book of Mormon. Those verses were just explained more clearly, no doctrine was "changed" or altered in any way.
I would say we need both books. Both contain gospel truths and principles. One needs the other.

No, we believe the Bible is the word of God as is the Book of Mormon. God would not make someone pick between his teachings.

We believe Book of Mormon and the Bible are written by ancient prophets. They compliment each other rather than contradict.
They both contain the words of God, and testifying of Jesus Christ.
Your question seem to imply that we can choose some words of God over another, which is not applicable, and unwise.
Like other LDS mentioned, we salvation come from Jesus Christ only.

I wouldn't say inspired by God more, it was written by ancient prophets just the same as the Bible.
The only difference we recognize is that Bible has gone through more translations over the course of the last couple of thousand years which has led to a small degree of something being "lost in translation."
Anyway, the point of the Book of Mormon is to be as the title says "another testament of Jesus Christ." It's supposed to validate and reinforce the Bible.
As beta fishy said, I wouldn't pick a book for my salvation, I would pick Jesus Christ.
Thanks

One is about as legitimate as the other, it just so happens that the Mormon book was put together when most people could actually read and had time to actually reason.
Personally, I prefer my religion read out of a hat.
