You really don't have enough to do, do you? Popular oils are made from peanuts, safflower, corn, etc., and the generic "vegetable oil" is likely to be mostly corn-based, with others mixed in, depending on taste and the costs to the maker.

Actually, I heard it was made out of crickets. I bet they have to squeeze a lot of those little suckers.

yes it is an extract of the vegetable they extract the oils out of vegetables
