This is not bad for your dog's health. Infact it's a very good thing your dog has never had any "relationships".

The truth is, dogs do not have sexual relationships. They mate by instinct to do so. Breeding them just for the experience is one of the worst excuses to breed.

A quick visit to a shelter full of sad and unwanted pets will show you why.

I agree with the other posters, you need to get him neutered!

It is bad for your dog's health to be 7 years old and not be neutered. First of all the testosterone in his system has already caused him to age faster. If you add to that the increased chances of developing testicular cancer becuase he is not neutered, you have added another layer of potential life threatening problems.

In addition, an unneutered male, is more prone to agression. That makes him an insurance risk among other things. Do the right thing for your dog. Get him neutered. Give him the gift of a longer life with you.

It is not bad for his health, but he may be sexually frustrated and be more aggressive etc., because of that. But letting him have sex once or from time to time will only make things worse, because once they see how good it is, they want it all the time. It;s better not to do it at all and neuter him.

I'm not sure but I don't think it hurts his health. My mother in law has a dog who's almost 5 years old who hasn't had any and his health is fine. I think that that has nothing to do with their health but I'm not a vet so I'm not really sure that's just my opinion.

Good grief!!! It's a dog. Dogs do not have "sexual relationships". Get this poor dog neutered BEFORE he develops cancer!
