No, I don't. But then, I don't believe there's anything for me to be saved from.

The prayer doesn't save us. If that were the case then how would anyone who didn't speak English be saved. It's meaning in our heart what we say. It just so happens that the prayer very clearly states what we need to be feeling in order to be saved. If it's said and not meant then you miss the first part of "if you believe with your heart and confess with your lips". But don't discount it as a valid prayer just because a lot of people say it. So... If it's said honestly then yes, it does save you, if it's said insincerely then no it does not. I also don't know many people who have said it lightly, most people really won't say it if they don't mean it. So I would say in most cases yes, people who say it have been saved.

It's not the words... its the condition of the heart. The "sinners prayer" isnt to be a repetative mantra like a "Hail Mary" its just kind of a frame work as to what you may say when you are asking forgiveness. Your own words and a truthful honest heart is what makes it real, not the words.

Just saying the prayer isn't good enough, it has to be a heart condition and if it is a heart condition you should see some kind of change in ones life

Apart from genuine repentance, and trust in the finished work of Christ on the cross, nothing saves you.
A person can pray the sinner's prayer endlessly, but without repentance and faith, they are empty words.

It is unBiblical. Salvation comes from the soul, not the mouth, although confessing that Jesus is your Saviour is step 1. The prayer is a guide but it can be said with an unrepentant heart.

No, it doesnt save us. What saves us is Gods loving grace and our acknowledgment and acceptance of the sacrifice that Jesus made for us on the cross.
No "words", actions or good works will save you.

Jesus didn't say to repeat certain words, and you would be saved
He said to repent, and turn away from your selfishness, and you would be saved.
