some people (like i) can not fight our war over seas
we the american people can still help tho
when we needed our soldiers,they fought for us
and they still are
now they need us
we need to provide for them
we need to send letters
or send carepakages
or somthing
now,my idea
i want to get people to donate to an organization that sends items over to our soldiers
does the red cross send stuff over to them?
thats one thing that i need to no
if they do,how could i find the rite person to talk to about this
i want to get people to just stand infront of stores like price chopper or hanaford or wallmart or anystore like that
i want people to stand there and hand out flyers with a list of possible items to donate and encourage shoppers to purchace items for our soldiers
if 100 people bought one item,thats 100 items that we could send over
maby the red cross could put a red bin or somthing in these stores for people to put the itmes they buy in
any ideas
send some feed back

There are a lot of groups doing this already. It is a great idea, but the logistics of doing it yourself are tough. It;'s best, if you want to help, to go through one of the groups already doing it.

Don't forget about www.soldiersangels.org there you can adopt soldiers, write letters or become an email buddy. Or sign up yourself if your deployed or a pal who don't seem to get much mail. This is all volunteer, with over 100,000 soldiers angels worldwide we strive to see that "may no soldier go unloved" I've been a member for a year now and its the best thing I've ever been a part of. I think this is a good idea! Considering the troops get belittled everyday by these fagotts and liberals. Even though there fighting for us and our country! And for faggotts to be able to say that to the war and our troops! They dont get enough thank you's from the people who support them!

Church and civic groups send donations to us , occasionally school kids as well . We appreciate everything . If you could pray for us as well we'd appreciate that .

dude, if you want to send stuff to soldiers, you can raise awareness of anysoldier.com and encourage people to read their logs to see what they want.
