He was born in Bethlehem, then King Herod was plotting to kill him as a babe, so an angel of the Lord told Joseph to flee to egypt. When the plot to kill Baby Jesus was over they moved to Nazereth where he grew up thats why he was called Jesus of Nazereth

His parents were from Nazereth, they had to go to Bethlehem to take a census. While they were there, Jesus was born. Remember...? There was no room at the Inn so they had to stay in the manger. They did not live there.

Yes. Calling someone "of" somewhere doesn't necessarily imply they were born there.
Before surnames became 'official', he might have been called any of "Jesus the Carpenter", "Jesus, Son of Jeseph", "Jesus, Son of Mary" (a slighlty insulting term, implying fatherhood was not certain - its use 'against' Jesus is recorded), or from the place most associated with him, "Jesus of Nazareth".

And he was born in Bethlehem because, according to the Gospel of Luke, the Roman Emperor ordered a census to be taken and you had to go home to your birthplace to register. Joseph had been born in Bethlehem so he, with his wife - now part of his tribe, not her own - travelled there.

At some time after the birth, to escape Herod the Great's order to kill boys under two, the family fled to Egypt. They returned to Nazareth - where Joseph had presumably established himself as a recognised local artisan/builder - some time before Jesus was 12. Most of his life was spent there and he left to begin his mission from there, so it was more natural to use that, if naming him in that fashion, than Bethlehem.

(Some countries, African and Asian especially, have conducted censi/censuses with the same requirements. And in many countries you can only vote in your hometown, so have to return there if an election is held.)

His family lived in Nazareth, but Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census be taken of the Roman empire. Joseph had to take his betrothed Mary to Bethlehem which is the town of David because Joseph is from the house of David. So that is kind of like if your parents were Americans and went on vacation to Mexico. Your mom gives birth to you in Mexico, but you are still an American because your parents are Americans. (There'd be some annoying paperwork now but the country would still accept you.)

There was no such town as Nazareth in the supposed time of Jesus "life". It wasn't named until the 2nd century, to try and fit in with the mythology that had evolved around Jesus.

The story that people had to return to their birthplace for the Roman census is just that. It never occured, there was no Roman census conducted in that way, ever. And they kept meticulous records. In the early church it was important to show that Jesus came from Davids lineage so a story was made up about the Bethlehem birth. (The fact that David was another fictional biblical character is just more irony) The later story about Nazareth then had to be edited together with it in a very clumsy way.

The association of Jesus with Nazareth, is thought to be because of a misunderstanding of a translation of some early documents.
