If a guy has an interest in a girl (lets say she has been told she looks rather intimidating by more than one person) and she senses that he is somewhat shy what are the chances that he would actually approach her?

she should approach him

It all depends on the things you thing might just happen....Everyone is different so I think you will get a chance because everyone deserves a chance.
