You're describing a common physical symptom to anxiety. I get that feeling very often. I used to feel physically ill everyday before school. See your doc he can prescribe some anti-anxiety meds to help allieviate the symptons. It could just be a chemical imbalance that you have no control over or it could be a response to something you're dealing with right now. Either way good luck.

Yes, it's normal. A good relaxation technique would help you a lot.
If you're where you can get it, try a nice soothing cup of tea. Also try deep breathing.
Ginger ale and Coke Classic are good for settling uneasy stomachs.
Good luck!

Yes. You may have an anxiety disorder. Your doc can prescribe something to help with the anxiety. It's not healthy for you to continue on without seeing your doc.

Yes thats normal, unless you start having trouble breathing and start panicking then it may be an anxiety attack and you may want to go to the doc for that.

It is normal. While others feel shaking, your stomach reacts with cramps. I sometimes feel that way.
