How can i manage an employees Casual Leave & Earn Leave Record in Microsoft Excel format,Can U helpme?

I made a spreadsheet with months going down the left side. a few lines inbetween each. I added columns.
A= month B= Date C=vacation earned hours D=vacation used E=sick earned f= sick used.
do a sum equation on the columns =sum(C4:C57)
than i took it a step further to break it down =sum(C57-D57) this minuses the used from the earned.
than one last step =sum(C58/8) to turn it in to 8 hour days.
