How do I get a boy too stop likeing me when I already told him that I don't like him?
(I have already told him I only like him as a friend like 10 times!
and he says he needs me, and that he lives me)

You should probally do some soul searching to find out what you want out of a guy. Then found out how he does not measure up to your ideal man. Then give him and explanation of what you are looking for in a guy and make sure you don't include any of the quality's he does have. As long as there is a big list tell him if he wants to become that person he can, but till then it's just friends. Then if he ever says he needs you just point out what he still needs to fix. If he completes everything maybe you should rethink things about him. This kind of an adult answer and have no idea what age you are or him.
But if your main reason is that he is fugly then your screwed, unless you just want to rip his feelings to shreds.

It sounds almost like he is stalking you.
If it is not that serious, tell him that you do not want his attention & that you plan to not respond anymore to him & ask him if he will respect your wishes. Thereafter do not take calls from him. Do not talk to him. Walk away when he is around. Do not respond in any way. If he continues or becomes more aggressive about it then legal action may be necessary. Don't play too long with this. Make sure your parents know this is going on.

YOU CAN INTRODUCE HIM TO ANOTHER GIRL WHOM YOU THINK IS MUCH MORE GOODLOOKING THAN YOU OR HAVE MANY MORE FACETS THAN YOU ARE ACCORDDING TO HOW YOU ASSESS YOURSELF.SOMETIMES A BOY CANNOT MOVE ON TO ANOTHER GIRL BECAUSE HE HAS ALREADY BROKEN THE ICE OF INTRODUCING HIMSELF TO YOU AND THAT THE TWO OF YOU HAVE ALREADY SOME CONNECTIONS.HE MUST BE AFRAID OR JUST LAZY TO UNDERGO THE SAME PROCESS OF BREAKING THE ICE TO OTHER GIRLS AND BE THAT IDEAL GUY EVERY GIRL WANTS TO. I'm afraid you'll just have to be sharper than that with him. Avoid him, and if he sees you just ignore him. Do this for like a couple of weeks and then go back to being friends with him, but try not to touch him, or sit near him, and stay in a safe group environment.

lots of cruel people lie and say theyre gay too..
or maybe you should tell him that there are better girls out there and you heard some rumor someone likes him?
..either way he'll eventually stop talking to you about it and give up on that..he might still like you but he wont say it that much.

It replaced into difficult for me too to get over someone, yet staying power is correct! save your options off of him, meaning, do activities that set you to spotlight one element so he's not a distraction. If there are music that reminds you of him, do not pay interest to them! also, carry close out with those who do not ask or remind you of him. carry close out with your closest acquaintances, or bypass to some activities! decrease off all communication with him for a lengthy time period so that you may bypass on, and in case you bypass over talking to him yet thoroughly moved on, no one's preventing you from talking to him!

try being vulgar and disgusting around him. sometimes you need to change the image in there mind that they have for you in order to get rid of them.
Like pass gas or burp really loud and maybe pick your nose and wipe it on him.
I know that would work if I liked you.Yuck! nothing worse than a disgusting women.
Try it you will see it will work!

tell him that you'd rather be friends with him and that you think you are better in a friendship with him. or go out with him and have a boy-girl relationship with him!

This is very easy...ignore him and tell him that you cannot talk to him till he understands that you are only friends. i suggest that you stop talking to him for awhile till he gets the hint. dont answer his calls and avoid him as much as possible. Dont worry within time he will get over you.

try to not hang out with him as much i kno he lives from you but be distant and he should start getting the point after awhile some people just dont give up
