INGREDIENTS
1 cup biscuit baking mix
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated onion
4 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 x 9 inch casserole dish.
In a large bowl combine biscuit mix, oregano, seasoning salt, garlic powder, salt, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Stir in onion, eggs and oil. Mix well and add zucchini. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

QUICHE LORRAINE
3 eggs
1 c. milk
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped fine onion
2 tbsp. chopped fine green pepper
6 slices bacon
1 Jiffy pie crust or other pie crust recipe
First prepare 1 box of Jiffy pie crust. Next fry or microwave bacon until crispy.
Combine onion, green pepper, crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Mix thoroughly. Put in bottom of pie crust shell.
Beat eggs well, add milk to them. Beat again. Pour over other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool 10 minutes.
EASY QUICHE
No pastry crust or cream. 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1 1/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 7 eggs 2 c. whole milk 1 c. Jiffy mix 1/4 tsp. salt
Cook bacon until crisp. Saute onion, pour off fat. Lay bacon, onion and cheese in a greased 12"x7" baking pan.
Combine eggs, milk, Jiffy mix and salt in mixer on High for 1 minute. Carefully pour into pan, on bacon, etc. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting

You can use a basic quiche recipe (pie crust, eggs & cream) Then saute your sausage just to brown a little and drain on paper towels. In the remaining oil, saute your chopped onion until translucent. Cut up some roasted red bell peppers and grate up some Gruyere cheese. Put your peppers, sausage in the quiche pan lined with pie dough, scatter the sausage and bell peppers, season with salt & pepper, sprinkle about a cup of grated cheese and then pour your egg cream mixture over and bake at about 350 degrees F for about 50 minutes until the top is browned and the quiche is set.

QUICK AND EASY QUICHE
1 c. chopped bacon
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick or Jiffy baking mix
VARIATIONS: broccoli and ham; sausage and onion; zucchini and tomato.
Grease quiche pan with solid vegetable shortening; put ingredients in pan. Mix 1/2 cup milk and 3 eggs together with 3/4 cup Bisquick or Jiffy baking mix. Pour over ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30- 35 minutes.

even better & cheaper-also less time-do a 'strata' you'll br the hit with the fancy name and all-anyhoo -butter a baking-pyrex -style dich -add any fav. bread 'chunks' add any thing you want -and last add a mix of eggs and half'n half-good luck-it stays hot forever cuz of the dish and the egg mixture
