That's because the only requirement to start a new church is a collection plate and a resentment.

Let's be careful how we use our verbage. By attack I hope you mean attacking the ideas of what they beleive and not the person themselves physically or in the job place (although I acknowledge that can happen too). But I think you mean attacking the differences between the denominations?
The bible talks about us christians as being "steel on steel". Steel sharpens steel. If there is an error that keeps someone from being saved then we should speak up. But for all the minor issues, I think people forget themselves and sometimes puff themselves up thinking themselves more important than they ought to. It comes down to how each denomination views truth. One person says , "well if Jesus said it, then I gotta do it", not realizing that Jesus was a jew and taught under the law and the New Covenant didn't come until Jesus' death on the cross. I realize I'm kinda "typing" myself, but for the sake of understanding, I wanted to touch on some of the big differences of opinions. Another one is that some say you MUST be baptized, not realizing there are different kinds of baptism. Some say you MUST speak in tongues to be saved, overlooking the verses that say "some" have the gift of tongues and not everyone. It is imperfect christians trying to work out what the Word of God means and some times a little but many times a lot of self righteousness.

Excuse me but they do all religions at some time has fought the Buddist religion was predominant in Viet Nam the main religion and when we were young it was the American soldier trying to keep North and South Viet Nam from killling each other and both sides were Buddist. Read the history books.
As an old lady I remember. Those Buddists were going to kill everyone if we let them progress. Now they are called peaceful.
But they set fire to theirselves in the streets in protest.
The USA was called the infidels then to.
There are at least 12 different sects of muslim in Africa and many more in the USA with Louis Faracan. Joseph Kony in Africa and 4 other branches of muslim. Hamas with the Palensitine and Abbas with the branch of Fatah. fighting in Palestine. Neither of them likes Hesbollah. Or the Kurds.
No one likes the druids or the al quaida.
Someone said, wish I could remember where I read it there is problably close to 100 Islamic branches of that religon.
Like the Catholics and prostants none believe the others are saved.

A Christian (a true believer and lover of Christ) does not attack. The reason why we do not conquer with all other sects is because they are blantly different.
For example, being a Christian and being a Catholic. Totally different!!! As a Christian the Bible never states that it's ok to idolize Mary or saints...it actually states the opposite. We as Christian are never to put anything or anyone above God and His word. So, yes I am a Christian but I strongly disagree with other religions because I know by reading the Bible that it is not God's will. But if a Chrisitan were to "attack" another that is wrong as that the Bible states that we are not to judge our brethern as we ourselves are to be judge by God. And I know that I am a sinner and always fall short of the Glory of God but it's only with God's forgiveness that I can find hope in God that I will have everlasting life.

I would double check my facts about other religions not doing this. It occurs in several Eastern religions, Judism, etc.
It even happens between things like types of vegetarians, Chevy vs. Ford, sports teams, computer platforms, political parties, skin tones, diets, and other superficial things that people ascribe too much importance to.
Humans love to be right and to think everyone else is wrong. It is somehow more offensive to us when someone is philosophically 'close' to us, but does not agree with us on some points.
This is NOT a 'religious' issue. It is a 'being human' one.

Woah, hold it, back up a little. That one about Muslims not attacking each other. Seens you never heard of Hamas or Fatah.
How about Shiites and Sunnas, did you ever hear anything about them ?
When some of those other yo-yos attack each other, it's only with words. Nobody gets hurt. When the rag-heads attack each other there's blood all over the place. Worse than a Mel Gibson movie.

As long as the Gospel of Jesus is presented - Jesus as the Son of God, fully God, fully human, who died on the cross in payment of our sins, was resurrected in victory over death and that this is all this is required for salvation - the rest is window dressing. I don't care if you use submersion or sprinkling for baptism. I could care less if you drink wine or grape juice during communion. But, if the Gospel of Jesus is changed in any way, the sect is not Christian, but a cult. There are many cults who claim to be Christian, but are not.
The sad part is that Christians can't seem to get united under Jesus' standard and show the love and compassion He told us to show one another. But, we're human, and we fail. You are absolutely right - we should be showing each other Christ's love.

Where did you get the number 34,000? And while there are different groups, they don't necessarily think all others are going to Hell. And finally, I guess you never heard of "war." People of all persuasions have been attacking each other since the very beginning. Gee whiz, verify your sources.

Its OK, no-one could name all 34,000 sects. I haven't heard of any say, Presbyterians, murdering a town full of Methodists, though. I think you may be mistaken on a couple of points.

Sooo...
If you're not a Christian, and you say "other religions and non religion DO NOT ATTACK EACH OTHER"...
Why are you attacking Christians?
Oops. I just attacked you.
Hypocrisy is common and unrelated to any specific group of people.
