Herbalife is a poison!!!!!it doesn"t work...you can believe me ...i did it twice...warned my friends...they ignored my warnings and they did not lose any weight...besides I'm suspecting they're some kind of secte.Try some healthier diet

not sure what u are asking email me with a more definate question and will be happy to help. but you could also go to the person that sold you the product and ask them that is thier job, to coach you not just sell you product.
