There is going to be a perfect government of peace under Christs rule when all wickedness is done away with in this wicked system under Satan's rule. Satan is actually the ruler of this present system of things; although Jesus is actually in his kingdom now and soon Jehovah God will act at Armagaddon to end his influence once and for all. Here is a piece of an article you might find enjoyable:

The Bible shows that the perfect government will be in heaven. From this vantage point, the King Jesus Christ will effectively rule all the earth in righteousness. Moreover, he will have associate rulers in that invisible, heavenly government. These are chosen from among faithful humans, followers of Jesus who stuck with him through trials and to whom he says: "I make a covenant with you, just as my Father has made a covenant with me, for a kingdom." (Luke 22:28, 29)

Behind (less perfect) than God the Father (who was on Earth as Melchizadek(see Hebrews 7:3 description)) I would have no problem with it.

Well in order for him to die for our sins, he had to be fully man and fully God, being fully man, he could be tempted, (he could also feel what it was like to be us sinners) but being fully God, he could ignore the temptation.
