Only licensed vehicles are allowed on public beaches. I suspect it is legal to ride motocross on a private beach with permission of the landowner.

YES I RIDE AND THE ONLY PLACE TO RIDE LEGALLY IS THE TRACK R THE DESERT BECAUSE EVERYONE IS SO MONEY HUNGRY NOW.
