if it's truly blind i always suggest a blind' meet' just to see if the two are compatible.. etc.
b/c just b/c 2 people think each other are cute in a pic on-line.. when they meet in person it might be horrible. lol
so depending on how long you've been talking to her, and how well u know her, her pics... etc.. u may want to just meet.
b/c if you PLAN on a movie.. or dinner, etc... and there's no chemistry and u two don't get along.. it could end up being awkward.

Ugg I hate blind dates to stressful and annoying... But I would just meet up with her in a public place and go from there.... that way you are not alone with her if it gets ackward....
Remember anyone can put a pic up but it that really them???? I would ask to see a webcam or something because you dont want to build yourself up to meet this women you are speaking with just to meet up with someone who is nothing like you thought...

hmmm. let`s see..
maybe you should get to know her first before declaring that you like her & assuming she likes you when you are offcicially going out. hmmm. wear cologne but first ask her if she is sensitive to smells like purfume & cologne. dress appropriately & especially if your a guy, please pay for your date in everything. be a polite gentleman & create a bond between you & her to become maybe just more than friends after the blind date(:
