My husband and I want to move out of his country for a better life for our unborn baby. We live in the 3rd world country of Turkey and i'm an american citizen. please someone let me know. We plan to both apply for visitor visa and then try to to get perm. residence. Can u apply if you have overstayed as well? Please help

My husband is turkish and i'm american. we're are living in turkey. We want a better life for our unborn child and he can't go to america yet. probably for another many years. I need to know if its possible to even apply if we ended up overstaying. We can't live in Turkey. It is not the life for us. please help

If you are in Turkey and are an American citizen, you are right you have to get out, do you know Americans are not allowed to go to Turkey if they are stationed in Europe. They can go anywhere but Turkey, unless they are stationed already in Turkey. You would do good to come to your Homeland to have your children. That way they would be Americans. I always said watch out for the Greeks and the Turks. Also, the Koreans to me are a threat, more so then any of the Mid East Countries. The Middle East are on their way to the solutions they need. They will thrive someday, as they start to work together for the common good of their people. The Turks, well there has to be a reason why American Service people are not allowed in Turkey unless stationed there. Be careful. You know if you have your children in America their lives would be made a lot less troublesome. From here they can visit any place on Earth without a problem, if they should choose. They will believe whatever you bring them up listening to, so keep it all evolved in love. I somehow really feel for you. Do not let yourself be brainwashed, you are still an American, I hope...
