Possibly asking for acid reflux, but it *could* work. Actually, I've DONE this via the Weight Watchers' plan and it works in the current calorie-counting experiment I'm in now. I'm down to just needing to lose the last stubborn 20 lbs!! Grrr! The real challenge is to overcome the sedintary lifestyle so prevalent among Americans.
I happen to like some vegetables though, so I don't always stick to a no-veggie diet. An important challenge will be making sure that you get a significant amount of dietary fiber from fruits or other sources. Otherwise, you will face... err... fight or flight problems with your colon.

Hopefully it includes vitamins.
At best it is a temporary diet- not a lifestyle. That's not the best choice.
Try to change your habits by eating all the foods you want in your life, just in combinations and smaller portions. If you restrict anything, you probably won't succeed in the long term.
I'd look for another plan- try talking to a nutritionist, not jsut looking for a quick fix diet.

I too am a VERY fussy eater. My range of foods is limited and even the thought of eating most fruit and veg makes me turn cold the good news is I'm happy and very healthy. However, you can 'train' yourself to introduce and eat better. Start with what you do like; out of my limited likes, Apples, Strawberries and Potatoes are on my like list, although I rarely ate them. I began combining chopped apple and strawberries with smooth fruit yoghurt. It make a great Breakfast or light lunch snack. I gradually forced myself to embrace juice with 'bit's' in. Once you get used to the texture of the pulp, you can experiments with other fruits. I highly recommend Tropicana juices, they are not from concentrate so don't carry too much sugar and they get it spot on in the taste stakes with there fruit mixes - Regular orange, Apple & Mango and Ruby Breakfast are my favourites. Innocent smoothies are also easy to add to any diet. You may also find that some fruits and vegetable are easier to eat hot and some cold, for instance I now use mushrooms allot in my cooking and love putting them in pasta and rice dishes, but if I eat them raw/cold, they turn my stomach. It's the opposite for Spinach. When it's cooked, it makes me sick, but I eat loads of it raw in sandwiches - I just replace the lettuce! Speaking of lettuce, there is a whole range out there. Most deli's/pre-packed sandwiches are stuffed with the standard Iceberg lettuce which is rubbish, but try using Lollo Rosso or Lambs Leaf lettuce in a sandwich and it makes all the difference. Finally, use the kids section - more and more supermarkets and manufactures are coming round to Children's healthy eating. They now produce sauces and meals with 'hidden' veg. The veg is blended into such a smooth paste, you'll never know it's there. If you're still worried about the health implications, get into the habit of taking an all round vitamin supplement such as Centrinum.
