It is not the 'monkey bones' that is the root of the problem.
It is the fact that there is nothing to show for the creationist side except for a tattered book written by desert nomads while in Persian captivity 3500 years ago. Although quite educated for their times, they were savages compared to even the Greeks who followed them and some say even the Persians who had made them into their slaves....

Christians just disagree. Nothing will make them agree. It's nice to have some imaginary foothold, like missing links, but there is no missing link. If we had the videotaped history of every creature's life since the beginning of time, that still wouldn't make people quit wanting Heaven to be real.

I've heard christians mentioning the missing link. I'm not saying evolution is 100% flawless, but evolution really exists, you can see it before your eyes in viruses.

Why can't atheists just accept that made was created from a clump of dirt, and women from a broken off piece of man's rib?
It makes so much more sense when you look at it.

why is it so hard for people like you to accept that we evolved from primates. in what sense are humans so superior to other animals that there is no way we are related to them. the way I see it, we are just hairless monkeys with big brains.

Unofortunately, neither side can win this argument, 'cause there really isn't any solid proof for either side. I know, it's a bummer, but that's life.
