If you think you're addicted, maybe you should tone it down a little bit more. Look for other activities to keep you occupied. But I don't think porn is a bad thing, so there's no reason to stop completely.

Being addicted is only bad if it interfears with your social life. If you would rather smut it up than hit on real women...then you are in trouble. Having a hand sex party is natural from time to time but not a replacement for the real thing. If you do have a problem...seek therapy.

Just as long as you're not in the bathroom at work with a portable DVD player, it's not really a problem. It just leaves more real women for the rest of us.
